Psychological Therapy for Menopause and Hormonal Health

Do you often experience difficulties with irritability and anxiety, or rapid mood shifts? Are you struggling with sleep? Do you feel like you don't cope with emotions as well as you did before, or does this change at different times in your menstrual cycle?
Hormonal shifts linked to your menstrual cycle or during perimenopause and menopause can significantly impact  your mental health and wellbeing. Our specialist psychologists can offer bespoke psychogical therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help you. We also offer the EMBERS® Menopause-Informed CBT.

We also recognise that women disproportionately experience some types of traumatic events. Our psychologists offer a range of trauma therapies in a safe and welcoming environment.

Coaching can be a supportive and motivating experience to help you to level up your performance, achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself. We take a holistic, person-centred approach to coaching for a range of areas of life.
