We all recognise the importance of taking care of our bodies, yet many of us struggle to maintain a consistent exercise routine. Are you ready to make a lasting lifestyle change to better nourish and support your body as you age? Our personal trainer understands the difficulties in establishing positive routines and overcoming barriers to connecting with your body and can guide you towards achieving your exercise goals.

How we can help:

Initial Assessment
Your initial assessment will consider your current level of fitness, knowledge and confidence engaging in physical activity, goals and preferences for PT sessions, and is followed by a bespoke fitness plan

We offer
  • 1:1 personal training sessions online or face to face in Dundee or Angus 
  • Monthly Maintenance Programme. 
    • This is ideal if you're feeling more confident and would benefit from ongoing support to maintain your current level of activity. This includes weekly reviews, a monthly 1:1 personal training session, and email support.
