Laura has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 15 years and has experienced first hand the profound benefits it brings. From managing the stresses of daily life to cultivating presence and finding joy in the moment, mindfulness has become an integral part of her life. Inspired by the transformative power of the practice, Laura completed teacher training with the Mindfulness Association to share these benefits with others.
