Alison is an experienced psychologist who has worked in the  NHS for over 40 years, 30 plus of those as a consultant clinical psychologist .  Alison has worked with adults in a range of mental health settings, including working with adults who have psychological difficulties linked to ongoing/ long term health conditions. Alison has a particular interest in anxiety disorders, psychological trauma and the interaction between physical health and mental health.

 Alison uses a range of therapeutic modalities but always with a focus on tailoring her approach to the needs of each individual client.
